How to Report Bugs (Technical Issues) on Zinkly

Zinkly is a growing platform, and it’s natural that occasional bugs, technical glitches, or complex issues may arise. Our platform is backed by an active community of tech-savvy members, and we are committed to resolving any problems as soon as they are reported - just as we always have.
If you come across any issues related to apps, design, pages, groups, media, or other technical problems, please submit a report on the Zinkly Forum, including:

A clear description of the issue

Screenshots, if possible

Information about where and how the issue occurred

Your device type and model (e.g., Xiaomi, Motorola, Samsung, iPhone)
How to Access the Forum and Report an Issue:
From desktop:
Click on ‘See More’ from the top-left menu, then select ‘Forums’
From mobile:
Tap the three horizontal lines at the bottom-right corner, then choose ‘Forums’
Once inside the forum, scroll down until you find the section titled ‘Technical Support’.
Select the appropriate category, describe your issue, and submit your post.
A member of the Zinkly admin team will review it and get back to you shortly.
